Wild Caught Greenland Halibut Fillet 格陵兰比目鱼

Wild Caught from the deep and cold waters off Greenland, our Halibut Fillet is sweet, tender, moist and slightly buttery in texture. Its taste and flaky texture highly resembles cod and so it is sometimes used as a more economical ALTERNATIVE to Cod Fish!

Our Greenland Halibut Fillet is rich in protein and omega-3 and can be served in multiple ways like baking, pan frying and steaming. 

Each portion of our Wild Caught Greenland Halibut Fillet 格陵兰比目鱼 comes cleaned, and delivered frozen. 

Serving Suggestions: We personally recommend baking these and serving with a dash of Lemon juice and thyme!

All of our seafood are vacuum-packed, which extends the shelf life by 50%.
