Sweet Asian pears are slow-stewed for hours until tender to gently release its natural sweetness into a light, soothing broth. The silky white fungus (tremella) and tender lily bulbs pairing enhances this comforting dessert & best enjoyed for its calming and replenishing qualities. Its clean, smooth texture and subtly sweet flavour make it a perfect choice for moments when you seek simple indulgence.

Snow pear is traditionally valued for its soothing and restorative qualities, making this a dessert often enjoyed for relief and balance.

To cater to smaller families or lighter appetites, we’ve packed these desserts in resealable zip-lock pouches so they can be enjoyed over several sittings.

Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy chilled for a refreshing treat. Can also be lightly warmed. We recommend placing in a water bath to defrost completely or thawing overnight before consumption.

Storage Guide: Frozen up to 12 months. Best consumed within 2–3 days once thawed. Once thawed, do not re-freeze.
We will minimally send a product with at least 2 months of use left for best taste and quality.
