Kopi-O Glazed Pork Collar (Zichar Classic, Reimagined!)

What’s better than the comforting zichar classic of Coffee Pork Ribs? A no nasties version that uses quality proteins and doesn’t need to be deep fried, yet not compromising the flavour! We use only small-batch sliced pork collar, mixed with a bitter-sweet concoction of Kopi-O and local seasonings. 

Introducing our new marinated pork series, prepped every morning in small batches with only the best quality day-fresh AAA grade Sarawak Pork. Enjoy the very best of familiar local flavours with our in-house marination blend, with no added MSG, preservatives or additives!

Serves: 1-2 pax

Serving Suggestions: Enjoy with a warm bowl of rice, and some white sesame seeds for a comforting and satisfying meal. Try pairing this with a cup of Kopi to elevate the dish! 

Cooking Instructions: Ready in 15 Minutes or Less!

• Airfryer: Preheat at 180°C for 3 minutes. Cook for 12 minutes & flip at halfway point.

• Oven: Preheat at 180°C for 3 minutes. Cook on ‘Conventional Oven’ settings for 12 minutes & flip at halfway point.

• Pan-fry: Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium-high meat. Make sure to flip consistently.
  

Storage Guide: Consume within 7 days. If not consumed, keep frozen for up to 6 months. Once opened, please reseal in a freezer-safe container for optimal storage. After thawing, please heat and consume immediately.
