Carefully smoked over natural beechwood for hours, our thick and succulent bacon guarantees perfectly rendered fat, resulting in a lovely crispiness while still retaining its thick, tender, and meaty goodness.

Our bacon is nitrite-free without any artificial preservatives or flavours that may appear paler and undergo a colour change when opened. This is a normal reaction caused by the absence of nitrite salts and has no impact on the bacon's taste or nutritional value.

Plus, our bacon is also trans-fat free and gluten-free - perfect for a healthier breakfast option!

Storage Guide: The date listed on the packaging is the expiry date for CHILLED storage. We receive these products frozen, and maintain strict temperature controls throughout its storage with us and delivery to you. When frozen, these products have an extended shelf life of 4 months from printed date. We will minimally send a product with at least 2 months of use left for best taste and quality. Once opened and thawed, it is best consumed within 7 days of opening.

Cooking instructions: 

• Pan fry: 5 minutes on each side on medium heat.
• Oven: 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
