This is the beef version of our SUPER POPULAR , handmade using the same time-tested method that gives our meatballs their signature springy bite and juicy texture.

Made in small batches and hand-formed for consistency and mouthfeel, these beef balls are not machine-extruded — allowing the fibers to bind naturally for a bouncy yet tender finish with every bite. For this version, we made the size slightly larger than our pork balls, giving you a more satisfying bite and fuller mouthfeel.
