Naturally rope-cultured in the open ocean waters of Chile, Our Chilean Blue Shelled Mussels are de-sanded, cleaned and cooked before blast frozen for freshness and convenience. To consume, simply re-heat them for 5 - 7 minutes.
We personally suggest cooking them in tomato broth or if you are feeling fancy, steaming them with garlic, shallots and white wine!
